Proper Irish Coffee
The Particulars
Teeling Single Grain Irish Whiskey
double espresso coffee
brown sugar sytrup
hot water
organic cream
orange zest
nutmeg
The Magic
1.25 ounces Teeling Single Grain Irish Whiskey
Add 1.35 ounces of double espresso (your choice or fave)
.5 ounces brown sugar syrup and 3.5 ounces hot water in a warmed glass
Top with cream – but preferably an organic cream infused with orange zest & a sprinkling of freshly grated nutmeg
