Booker’s Bourbon Bolsters Offerings With Tagalong Batch
Booker’s Bourbon has released a new batch of bourbon – Booker’s Tagalong Batch – and before you get too excited, no, it is not a reference to the Girl Scout cookie. Rather, it is a reference to how brand founder Booker Noe learned to make bourbon by ‘tagging along’ with his grandfather, Jim Beam, to observe production.
Booker’s Tagalong Batch was aged for six years and five months, bottled at 63.95% alcohol by volume [127.9 proof] and is said to contain notes of caramel and vanilla.
Booker’s Tagalong Batch is being made available for $90 per 750ml bottle.
