The Dalmore Celebrates With Some Bubbly
To celebrate the 50th anniversary of their master distiller, Richard Paterson, The Dalmore is releasing a limited edition 50 year old single malt, finished in Domaine Henri Giraud champagne casks.
The Dalmore 50 has first been matured in American white oak casks, then Oloroso sherry casks, followed by Douro port casks and finally spending 50 days in the aforementioned Domaine champagne casks.
Appropriately enough only 50 decanters of The Dalmore 50 year old have been released.
