Six-year-old Irish whiskey distillery Dingle has doubled down and released their second single pot still Irish whiskey [and fifth overall]. Dingle’s second pot still whiskey has been aged in three casks – Bourbon (70%), Oloroso sherry (15%) and PX sherry (15%) – before being bottled at 46.5% alcohol by volume [93 proof]. Only 2,900 bottles of Dingle’s second pot still Irish whiskey are being made available for $100 per bottle.
