The BenRiach 21-Year-Old has been matured in a combination of four cask types – Bourbon, American virgin oak, Pedro Ximénez and red wine – which are then blended to create the unpeated single malt. The BenRiach 21-Year-Old is said to contain notes of fruit, ginger and vanilla. The BenRiach 21-Year-Old is available for $165 per bottle.
