Tasmania-based Lark Distilling has released their first blended single malt whisky called Symphony No.1. Lark Distilling’s Symphony No.1 was bottled at 40.2% alcohol by volume [80.4 proof] and is said to contain notes of fresh mango, toasted pineapple and sweet Tasmanian apples dipped in toffee.
